What are the priorities of the Illuminate the Path Campaign?

What was the process for planning the Campaign?
Over three years ago, as Pine Point prepared for its 75th Anniversary, we embarked on a historic campaign to bolster the school for the next 75 years. Our Board of Trustees recognized this major milestone as a important opportunity to celebrate our enduring commitment to student-centered learning and began planning ways to strengthen our school to serve our growing student body. A year later, we quietly launched the 75th Anniversary Campaign - now titled Illuminate the Path - to build on our rich history and secure Pine Point’s future.
How are gifts to the Campaign designated?
The Illuminate the Path Campaign funds projects across the three pillars of this campaign: program, campus, and resources. This includes the 75th Anniversary Fund, which provides unrestricted giving, ensuring we have the flexibility and resources to best support the school’s needs and raise funds for our capital projects. Unless otherwise designated for program, campus, or endowment, gifts will be directed to the 75th Anniversary Fund.
Can I designate my gift to a specific fund?
We appreciate working with our donors to understand their interests and help them direct their gifts. While unrestricted giving enables funds to be directed where they are needed most, we recognize that donors have different giving priorities. Gifts can be directed to a specific campaign priority or fund.
Can I make a multi-year pledge?
Yes. Larger gifts can be made as multi-year pledges, generally covering up to a three-year period. Please contact the Development Office to complete a Campaign Pledge Form or to discuss further.
May I give my gift in honor or in memory of someone?
Yes. We invite donors to make gifts in honor of a special individual or group of individuals. This option is available as you complete the online giving form, or you can contact the Development Office to have your gift named in honor or in memory of someone.
Will you accept planned giving or bequests as part of the campaign?
For those who wish to make a lasting impact, planned gifts help secure Pine Point’s future for generations to come. Planned gifts include: making a bequest to Pine Point in your will; making Pine Point the beneficiary of a retirement account or life insurance policy; creating a charitable trust; making a gift of real estate or other property. Please contact the Development Office to complete a planned giving form or to discuss further.
