Welcome to Family Weekend at The Ethel Walker School!

We hope you’ll join us on campus October 16–17 for Family Weekend 2026! Get ready for a fun-filled weekend with plenty of opportunities to connect with your student and the Walker’s community! Highlights include classroom visits, our All For Girls: Her Voice, Her World student presentation, Master Classes with Walker’s faculty, the Halloween Ride, Family Weekend Chapel, athletic games, and a tailgate complete with food trucks.

And before the weekend officially begins, all parents and guardians are invited to join us on Thursday evening, October 15, for our annual Parent Reception in Support of Girls’ Education. We can’t wait to welcome you to campus and celebrate Family Weekend together!

Join Head of School Dr. Meera Viswanathan and The Ethel Walker School Board of Trustees for a cocktail reception to celebrate our shared philanthropic support of girls’ education. Please join us at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 15 in the Soc.

Breakfast in Abra’s

Complimentary

Join us for breakfast in Abra’s dining hall (with overflow seating in The Common Room and Terrace) from 7:30 - 8:30 am. Note: You do not need to register your student.

Family Weekend Chapel

Complimentary

Join us from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, October 17 for our annual tradition of Family Weekend Chapel. Note: You do not need to register your student.

All For Girls: Her Voice, Her World

Complimentary

Join us in the Chapel from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Beaver Brook Living Room — Available for Overflow & Livestream

Lunch in Abra’s

Complimentary

Join us for lunch in Abra’s dining hall and The Common Room from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Note: You do not need to register your student.

Master Classes

Master Classes in the Constance Lavino Bell ‘48 Library from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Breakfast in Abra’s and The Common Room

Join us for lunch at 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Stay to cheer on our soccer and field hockey teams! Note: You do not need to register your student.
