Where should I park?
As you know, parking is a challenge on our campus. We strongly encourage anyone who can, to carpool with others you know will be attending. During the day Saturday, we will have parking available on the street in front of the school, in our parking lot by Bement House, and in our parking lot behind the Polk building off route 5/10.

For the dinner/dancing Bementennial event, we will have the parking described above as well as additional parking available at the Williams Farm Sugar House at 491 Greenfield Road, Deerfield, MA. We will run a shuttle between this location and our campus on the following schedule:
5:45pm: Pick up at Williams Sugar house (491 Greenfield Road), drop off at The Bement School (94 Old Main St.)
6:00 pm: Pick up at Williams Sugar house (491 Greenfield Road), drop off at The Bement School (94 Old Main St.)
6:15pm: Pick up at Williams Sugar house (491 Greenfield Road), drop off at The Bement School (94 Old Main St.)
8:00pm: Pick up at The Bement School, drop off at Williams Sugar House
9:00pm: Pick up at The Bement School, drop off at Williams Sugar House
9:15pm: Pick up at The Bement School, drop off at Williams Sugar House
9:30pm: Pick up at The Bement School, drop off at Williams Sugar House
What is the dress for the dinner/dancing Bementennial event?
“Western Mass Cocktail Attire” - or somewhere between business casual and cocktail attire. This event will be held outside, under a tent. We recommend bringing an extra layer in case it gets chilly later in the evening and sensible shoes that are appropriate for walking on grass.
Do we have to attend all of the events?
You can come to as many or as few as you wish! We are asking for registration for the individual events so we have an idea of a headcount for catering/room set up needs.
I'm bringing my children with me. Will childcare be available?
We will provide childcare for attendees traveling from out of town during the Bementennial dinner event from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Attendees MUST have already registered for this in advance by emailing [email protected].
Children must be between ages 5-12. Childcare will be provided by local high school students in our Kittredge building. We will provide dinner, snacks, games, and a movie.
Can I bring my children to the Bementennial dancing/dinner event?
The Bementennial event is for adults aged 18+ only, please.
