What's the "gap?"
Tuition alone does not cover the cost of an Augusta Prep education.
Annual Fund giving helps to bridge the gap, making tuition more accessible while maintaining our standards of excellence.
Gifts made to the Annual Fund are the single most important way you can give to the school. If you make one gift a year to Augusta Prep, please choose the Annual Fund.
Who's expected to give?
We invite every member of the Augusta Prep community to give, and ask that every family make Augusta Prep a philanthropic priority. All gifts count, and every gift makes a difference!
We’re proud to report that both 100% of the Board of Trustees and 100% of the school’s Faculty have supported the Annual Fund this year. We invite you to join them and make a gift during Cavaliers Close the Gap.
How much am I expected to give?
We hope that members of the Augusta Prep community make the school a philanthropic priority.
There’s no expected gift amount – we ask simply that you consider a gift that is personally meaningful and that makes sense for your family.
Where does my Annual Fund gift go?
Annual Fund gifts go to work right away to make an immediate difference for our students.
Instead of supporting capital projects or special campaigns, the Annual Fund supports the day-to-day operations of the school.
In practicality, that means your gift supports:
- a rich and rigorous curriculum
- one of the best athletics programs in the Augusta area
- a wide variety of engaging visual and performing arts programs
- the ability to attract and retain talented faculty
