What is All in on Winch?
All in on Winch is The Winchendon School’s first annual Day of Giving on November 11, 2026. It is an opportunity for our entire community to come together in support of our students, celebrate Winchendon’s history, and invest in the next century of the school.
You can lead the way by giving a gift at any point prior to November 11, too! Or, you can create a match or challenge to entice fellow alumni or parents to give.
Who can participate?
Everyone! Alumni, current parents and families, grandparents, faculty, staff, former faculty, and friends of The Winchendon School are invited to participate. Every gift makes a difference.
How much should I give?
Every gift matters, regardless of size. You can give $19.26 in honor of Winchendon’s founding year, $100, $1,000, or any amount that is meaningful to you.
What does my gift support?
Your gift supports The Winchendon School and the students, faculty, and programs that make our community special. Your participation also helps unlock donor challenges and build momentum for the school’s next century.
I’ve already given a donation this year. Should I give again on the Day of Giving?
First, thank you! Your support of The Winchendon School’s Annual Fund makes a real difference in the lives of our students, and we are so grateful.
Our Day of Giving is an opportunity to come together as a community and celebrate what makes Winchendon special. If you’ve already made your a gift this fiscal year (September 1, 2026-August 31, 2027), you do not need to give again. But if you’re in a position to make an additional gift, your participation will help us reach our $100,000 goal and unlock an additional $100,000 matching gift from an anonymous alumnus.
Every gift, at every level, helps us provide the opportunities, resources, and support our students need to thrive. Whether you’ve already given or are joining us for the first time, thank you for being all in on Winch!
What are the Day of Giving challenges?
Challenges are special opportunities that encourage participation and help unlock additional support. Some are based on the total amount raised, while others may be based on the number of donors, a particular group, a specific time window, or a raffle. Visit the Challenges section for current opportunities and eligibility requirements.
Is my gift tax deductible?
Gifts may be tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your individual circumstances and retain your donation receipt for your records. You should receive a confirmation or receipt after completing your online donation.
Can I make a gift by check or another method?
If you prefer to give by check or another method, please contact Katherine Duncan, Director of Development and Communications, at The Winchendon School at [email protected].
Can I share the campaign with friends and classmates?
Please do! Sharing the campaign link through email, text, and social media is one of the easiest ways to help. You can make a difference even if you are not able to make a gift yourself.
Who should I contact if I have questions or need help?
Please contact Katherine Duncan, Director of Development and Communications, at [email protected] for assistance with donations, challenges, or other Day of Giving questions.
Thank you for being part of the Winchendon community. Every gift, every share, and every act of participation helps us move forward together. All in on Winch!
