When can I pick up my items?
Items that are in stock and not a pre-order will be available for pickup at the Alumnae Cocktail Reception on Friday, September 18, from 5:30–8:30 p.m.
Look for the Alumnae Association merchandise table during the event.
Can I have my items shipped to me?
Yes! If you are unable to pick up your items at the Alumnae Cocktail Reception, you can select the shipping option when placing your order. Shipping fees will be added to your order.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders selected for shipping will be mailed following the Alumnae Cocktail Reception. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery.
Can someone else pick up my items for me?
Yes! If you are unable to attend the reception, a friend or fellow alumna may pick up your items on your behalf. Please make sure they have your name and order information.
Can I purchase a items at the Cocktail Reception?
Yes, in stock items will be available for purchase at the reception while supplies last.
Are the hats available in different sizes?
The Crescent Hat is an adjustable, one-size-fits-most style with an adjustable back strap.
What is embroidered on the hat?
The front features the Visitation Crescent embroidered in gold, while the back features “Non Scholae, Sed Vitae” in gold script.
What is the return policy?
Because this is a limited-edition merchandise item, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the hat arrives damaged or defective.
What if my items arrive damaged or has a defect?
Please contact the Alumnae Association as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue, subject to product availability.
Will the items be available after Reunion Weekend?
Items are available in limited quantities, so we encourage you to order early. Once they are sold out, additional items may not be available.
Where do the proceeds from the sales go?
A portion of the proceeds will support the Crescent Fund, with a portion also helping the Alumnae Association reinvest in future merchandise and alumnae offerings.
