Pre-Order & Pickup Information:
Items available for pre-order will be ready for pickup at Visitation School once we receive them. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
What is the return policy?
Because this is a limited-edition merchandise item, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the hat arrives damaged or defective.
What if my items arrive damaged or has a defect?
Please contact the Alumnae Association as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue, subject to product availability.

Lead time for Visitation receiving these items is late February or early March.
