Supporting Student Services

Located in the library, the Academic Resource Center (ARC) is professionally staffed by faculty to support students in grades 7-12 with their learning goals. Ms. Liz Jensen ’05, Academic Resource Specialist, works with students on executive functioning skills, reading support, and more. Academic Resource Assistant Ms. Meredith Lepper ’89 is the ARC’s math specialist.

The Center provides support and/or enrichment in their studies as students pursue their academic interests and realize their potential. Students can access the ARC during their unscheduled blocks or their study halls. Students have access to peer tutoring, and can receive one-on-one or small group instruction in all content areas. While students are required to seek out support from their teacher first, the ARC is designed to provide extra support, not replace the teacher/student conference time.
