SEATING SELECTION
Please carefully review the seating choices below and select ONE option. All tables accommodate a maximum of 10 total guests, including students and their adult guests. For example, five students attending with five adult guests will fill one table.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SISTERS
Freshmen attending with an older sister at STA will be seated with their older sister’s class and friend group. Families with two or more daughters in grades 10–12 may choose which daughter’s class and friend group they would like to sit with. Please complete the seating selection based on the daughter whose group the family chooses.
FRESHMAN SEATING
Freshmen who do not have an older sister currently attending STA should select this option. STA will assign freshmen to tables with other members of their class. This is a wonderful opportunity for students and their adult guests to meet other freshman families.
Freshmen attending with an older sister will be seated with their older sister and should select one of the seating options below based on the older sister’s friend group.
OPTION 1: LARGE FRIEND GROUP — MULTIPLE TABLES
Select this option only if your friend group is too large to fit at one table and would like to be seated at multiple tables located next to one another.
Choose a unique group name and have every family in your group enter the exact same name when registering. Mrs. Ralph will assign guests to the individual tables and ensure that all tables in the group are located together.
Do not submit requests for specific people to be seated at your individual table. This option guarantees that your group’s tables will be next to one another, but it does not guarantee who will be assigned to each table.
OPTION 2: SMALL FRIEND GROUP — ONE TABLE
Select this option if you know exactly who you would like to sit with and your entire group can fit at one table. Please list the STA students you would like seated at your table.
Each table accommodates a maximum of 10 total guests. Five students attending with five adult guests will fill one table. Every family in the group must enter the same student names when registering.
