Our Mother, Mary Jo Mathews Hopkins, always treasured her experiences and time at St. Teresa’s Academy. She often spoke about the wonderful and rich education she received from the Sisters at STA, which was evidenced by the fact she was member of the National Honor Society. Mom also made dear friends at school whom she remained in contact with her whole life. I believe that she would be happy to know that her three children are commemorating her time at STA through a contribution to the school’s future.
