Family Picnic

We can’t wait for our Family Lunch! Parents can arrive as early as 10:30 AM to set up your picnic. You’re welcome to bring your own lunch or order early from School Eatery. The Student Council will also be selling treats (cash only)!

We encourage you to bring picnic blankets, chairs, and even pop-ups to enjoy in the Gully! We’ll have tables available inside the Parish Hall and outside near the plaza, as well as existing seating around the plaza. Families, please join together to accommodate seating.

Parking will be available in both the front and rear lots, with the rear gate opening from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Registration will take place at the front entrance breezeway and in the back plaza area—please check in upon arrival.

Students will be released at 11:00 AM from the back plaza area. Please bring your student back to the plaza between 12:15 and 12:20 PM to return to class. TK parents may take their Cougar home after lunch, while all other students will be released at regular dismissal time.

Student safety is always our top priority! Please remember to drive slowly when parking, and parents are requested to use the restrooms in the Parish Hall only. Students should use the school restrooms, not the Parish Hall restrooms. If a child needs assistance getting to the school restroom, please don’t hesitate to ask a faculty or staff member for help.
