I received a fantastic education at SMA which led me first to MSMC in 1962 from which I transferred to UC Berkeley in 1964 and got an A.B., M.A. (US History) and M.B.A. However, women in 1969 had difficulty finding jobs in finance, so I worked as a city planner for 3 years and then got a J.D. and an LL.M. in Securities Law at NYU in 1976. I practiced law at the California Attorney General's Office for 32 years. We gold ties have been getting together every 5 years since we graduated.
