My involvement working in our county's criminal justice system was, at times, discouraging. In a dramatic disproportion, most of the violent crime in our county [also everywhere] is committed by young men. From the first of many plays and musicals I saw young men and young women display extraordinary talent and hard work. They give glory to God in the process. They also honor their peers, their parents, their schools and themselves. Unlike some of their peers, they should feel good about who they are before God.
