Maunalei Giving Day

Maunalei Giving Day is Seabury Hall’s 24-hour celebration of community and giving. It’s a day where alumni, families, faculty, students, and friends come together to support the Seabury Hall Fund, which strengthens every student experience, every day.

Maunalei Giving Day takes place on Friday, October 30, 2026.

There are many ways to be part of Maunalei Giving Day and every form of participation helps strengthen the Seabury Hall community. You can:

• Make a gift to the Seabury Hall Fund
• Give early to help build momentum leading into Giving Day
• Become a Maunalei Giving Day Ambassador and help spread the word
• Create or sponsor a challenge or matching gift
• Share Giving Day posts, emails, and messages with friends and family
• Encourage classmates, teammates, fellow parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends to participate
• Follow along and celebrate the day’s progress and milestones online

Maunalei Giving Day Ambassadors help spread the word and build excitement leading up to and throughout Giving Day. Ambassadors encourage classmates, teammates, fellow parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends to join in supporting the Seabury Hall Fund.

Whether you share on social media, send a few texts, make personal outreach calls, or simply help amplify the message, ambassadors play a powerful role in growing participation and community spirit.

To make it easy, ambassadors receive a digital toolkit with graphics, sample messages, giving links, and ideas for outreach. Every voice helps make a difference, and anyone can be an ambassador.

A challenge gift is a fun and impactful way to inspire others to give. By creating a challenge, you help build momentum and encourage the Seabury Hall community to come together in support of Maunalei Giving Day.

Challenges can be tied to participation goals, matching gifts, alumni classes or decades, current parents, faculty and staff, athletics, arts, student life, or any part of Seabury Hall that’s meaningful to you. For example, you might offer a gift in honor of Cooper House’s 100th year once 100 alumni make a gift.

Challenge gifts bring energy, friendly competition, and community spirit to the day and every challenge, big or small, helps lead the way.
