I remember Mr. and Mrs. Baker so well. They were kind and wonderful and made a lasting impact on me, through their love of teaching. Mr. Baker introduced me to pomegranates, and I have passed on my love of the fruit to my own children.
I also have extremely positive memories of Mrs. Tremblay, Mrs. Hole, Sister Colomba, and Mr Donaldson (I was on his gymnastics team and will never forget the fun of rapid-fire cartwheels to the song "Dizzy").

Mother Loretta was my favorite teacher. I had her for Grade 7 and 8. Mother had a wonderful sense of humor and she encouraged all of her students to be the best version of themselves! Courage and Confidence!!

Every teacher at St. Phil's has their own personal way of affecting their students and I appreciate them all! Ms. Principe in particular prepares students for not only high school, but for our futures, as well.

Besides my parents 😍…Ms. Finneson, 5th grade, funny and creative. Mrs. Bonham, 1st grade, kind and loving. Mr. Colletti, 8th grade, challenging but fundamentally changed the way I think and learn.

Too many to list but if I had to choose one it would have to be Mr. Baker! His energy in the classroom and keeping things fun definitely stands out!

All the faculty and staff made my experience at SPS life changing, and helped me develop a strong foundation for when I left the community. In particular, my literature Ms. Principe made a large impact on me, both academically and emotionally. I am incredibly grateful all those involved in my journey, and can’t wait to continue it as an alumni of Saint Philomena School of the Sacred Heart! Forever, Saint Phil’s.

My 2 favorite teachers:
Mrs. DiPasquale - who took a chance by adding 1 more student to her 5th grade class! Had she said 'no', my life would have likely been different. I am grateful to her every day!
Mr. Baker - For his energy, faith, and never-ending encouragement ... the SPS 7th & 8th grade science fair were wonderful life experiences for me and really taught me how to deliver a large-scale research project. This is something I carried with me into high school, college, and even as an internal corporate consultant.

Mrs. Baker and Sr. Annmarie for providing me so much emotional support and love throughout the years. There were many tears shed! But cannot forget about Mr. Moniz and Mr. Baker for instilling my love of the sciences and research. I definitely learned how to do some amazing research for those science projects!
