Where does my donation go?
Your gift directly supports St. George Parish School and helps provide students with opportunities and resources beyond what tuition alone can cover. All gifts to St. George Parish School are unrestricted and are directed to the area of greatest need. Your generosity gives the school the flexibility to respond to the most important needs and opportunities for our students and community. Areas supported include tuition assistance, enrichment programs, technology, and campus improvements.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. St. George Parish School is a 501c3 organization. Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your individual circumstances. Tax ID: 91-0661742.
Can I donate in honor or memory of someone?
Yes. Gifts can be made in honor or memory of a loved one, teacher, student, alum, or other member of our community. Please include the honoree’s name and any notification information in the appropriate field.
Can my employer match my donation?
Possibly! Many employers offer matching gift programs that can double or even increase the impact of your donation. Use the company look up tool on the donation form, and check with your employer to see if they participate.
Can alumni and friends of St. George donate?
Absolutely! You do not need to be a current St. George parent or parishioner to support our students. Alumni, grandparents, friends, former families, parishioners, and community members are all welcome to be part of the St. George community through giving.
Can I donate stock or another type of asset?
Yes. St. George may be able to accept gifts beyond traditional credit/debit card donations, including certain securities and other assets. Please contact the Development Office for information about making a non-cash gift. [email protected].
Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
Yes. An emailed donation receipt will be provided for your records after your gift is processed. Please keep your receipt for your tax records.
Can I donate by check?
Yes. Checks can be made payable to St. George Parish School and mailed or delivered to the school office. Please include a note with “Jog-a-thon” and the Family you are supporting.
