About

Join us for the 3rd Annual SJC Weekend Well-Being Institute, an engaging two-day event dedicated to building your capacity for the core components of emotional strength and balance.

This year’s Institute theme is Cultivating Emotional Resilience and is designed to equip participants with concrete, actionable skills and strategies that will support their professional work.

Our weekend program will offer specialized workshops and networking opportunities that are relevant to educators, administrators and staff at all educational levels: early childhood through college/university, to include social workers, counselors, and school wellness coordinators.

Our workshop sessions will include:

  • Positive Mindset & Growth Mindset: Shifting your perspective to embrace challenges as opportunities for learning.

  • Adapting to Challenges & Ability to Cope: Practical tools and techniques for managing stress and bouncing back from setbacks.

  • Emotional Regulation: Understanding and mastering your emotional responses across different developmental stages.

  • Gratitude: Harnessing the power of thankfulness to increase happiness and reduce burnout.

  • Leadership & Emotional Resilience: Developing the inner strength needed to lead with compassion, clarity, and effectiveness.
