Thank you for registering for the 2024 Alumni Association Meeting & Reunion!

As you know, Summer is beautiful in Maine and the SJC campus even moreso! Please consider attending both the Alumni Association Meeting and the Reunion event. As we gather once again within the familiar campus that saw us grow, the Alumni Association Meeting and Reunion Dinner stand as an opportunity for connection, celebration, and reminiscence.

Meeting in person adds a unique depth to our reunion, allowing us to share stories, laughter, and insights in a way that reignites our collective spirit and strengthens our bonds. These moments together not only honor our shared history but also inspire our future paths.

Let’s embrace this opportunity to reconnect, rediscover, and celebrate the enduring legacy of our alma mater. Join us in making this reunion not just a return, but a memorable journey forward together.

Saturday, July 20th:

11am - 4:30pm: Check in table at Alfond Center. Pick up Welcome Gift and room key if staying on campus.

1-2pm: Campus tours available from volunteers. See your campus! (and how much it has changed)

1pm - 2pm: Grab & go box lunches. Please register/purchase on this page.

2-4pm: Alumni Association Meeting. Viola George Auditorium in Alfond Hall. Enjoy brief presentations from Academic Leadership, Athletics, and more. This is your opportunity to hear about your alma mater!

4-6pm: visit the waterfront, play in a Cornhole tournament, enjoy the sunshine, walk the trails, reminisce with friends, and take a selfie with Catherine McCauley in front of Xavier. Enjoy the beautiful campus!

6-9pm: Reunion Happy Hour & Dinner at the Stone Barn. Celebrate the “4s & 9s” - Classes celebrating reunion years and online cohorts. Happy hour at 6pm, dinner at 7pm.

A limited number of rooms in a residence hall are available Saturday night. By registration only.

Sunday, July 21st:

9:30am- 11am: Light brunch available in Alfond Center, Hall of Fame Room. Please register/purchase on this page.

11am- 12pm: A remembrance ceremony at the Waterfront of Alumni we have lost. (In Healy Chapel if raining.)

Reunion Happy Hour & Dinner at the Stone Barn!

Enjoy a happy hour and delicious buffett dinner at the exquisite Stone Barn. Price includes dinner and one drink ticket that can be used for beer/wine/seltzer or a specialty drink. Happy hour is 6-7pm and buffett dinner 7-9pm. Enjoy a buffett dinner that has a variety of culinary and dietary options!

This is a 21+ only event.

Stay in a Residence Hall

  • Please note: a room in a residence hall is not like a hotel room. Registering for this you get a twin bed in a dormitory style “double”. That double is part of a pod. Each pod contains five doubles. This residence hall DOES NOT have air conditioning.
  • You will have access to communal bathroom facilities. Each “pod” has 2 bathrooms (room with a locking door that has a toilet and sink) and 2 shower rooms (room with a locking door that has a shower and sink).
  • Cost of registration is 1 bed. That comes with a twin bedding package that includes 1 Twin fitted sheet, 1 Twin flat sheet, 1 Pillowcase, 1 Towel set and a 1 Twin Light Comforter. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW. **
  • Please wait to request a pod of eight people until all have registered and paid. Thank you!
  • And lastly, we need to place two people per room, so let us know who your roommate request is. Thank you!
