Update at 4:00 pm: Due to the overwhelming response from the Rocky Hill community, we are excited to announce a new Giving Day goal of $125,000! Every gift made until midnight will now be matched dollar-for-dollar until we reach $125,000. For those of you who have not yet made a gift, now is the time to make your impact on Rocky Hill. Our annual Giving Day is an opportunity for the entire Rocky Hill community to come together and support our school. Thanks to this year’s Board Challenge, all donations to the Rocky Hill Fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $75,000. Your generosity empowers our teachers to innovate, provides students with the tools to succeed, and sustains our uniquely beautiful campus — a place where learning, creativity, and connection flourish. Welcome to Rocky Hill’s Giving Day Whether you are a parent, grandparent, alumnus, parent of an alumnus, or a friend of the school, we are grateful for your support of our students and faculty.
All gifts on Giving Tuesday will support the Rocky Hill Fund. Like most independent schools, Rocky Hill does not receive state or federal funding, and our operating budget consists of tuition, alternative revenues, ancillary fees, and the Rocky Hill Fund. The Rocky Hill Fund accounts for 8% of the budget, and it exists to help fill the gap between tuition and the actual cost of educating a student at Rocky Hill.
