Doesn’t my tuition cover everything?
Unfortunately, not. With the breadth and depth of opportunity at RMA, tuition and fees simply do not cover all of the expenses for a dynamic school like Rocky Mount Academy.
Then why not just increase tuition?
This strategy would be an easy solution, but not the right one. The RMA leadership always want to keep tuition raises as gentle as possible, to make our education accessible to as many families as possible. Gifts to the Annual Fund greatly help in this effort.
How much should I give?
As with all giving, that’s up to you. We simply ask for all the RMA community to give something.
Can my donation be matched?
Yes, if your employer has a matching gift program. Rocky Mount Academy meets most requirements necessary to match a gift. Your employer’s Human Resource department can provide you with the necessary forms.
When do I give?
Now! RMA is asking all its families and friends to make their financial commitments during the four-day Kick-Off Event for the Soar Together campaign. We are intentionally bold in our fundraising efforts during this period, so all the monies raised can be invested immediately in programs, projects and enhancements for our students. If you are unable to give during the Kick-Off Event, you have until June 30, 2026 to give in support of the 2025-2026 Annual Fund at RMA.
