What is the schedule for the night of the gala?
5:30PM - 7:00 PM: Check In & Live Band Cocktail Reception
7:00 PM - Seated Dinner Served
7:20 PM - Live Auction Begins
8:30 PM - Dessert and Dancing
What is provided for dinner and are there options for those with dietary restrictions?
A seated dinner will be provided. The salad and main course are gluten free. Additionally two out of three appetizers and one dessert option will be gluten free. The main course can also be substituted for a vegetarian option.
You will be prompted at check out to leave a note regarding dietary restrictions.
How can I note my seating preference?
At checkout, please indicate if there is a particular grade of family you would like to sit with. We will do our best to seat everyone based on preference. The earlier a ticket is purchased, the higher the gaurantee for seating.
What are the Family Sponsorship Opportunities?
Family sponsorship opportunities are a great way to spend the evening with your friends and family. By purchasing an entire table, you are able to fill the table with your guests. There are additional perks as noted to family sponsorships.
Additionally, if you would like to sponsor a table for our amazing faculty/staff, there is an option to do so.
When will the silent auction open?
The silent auction will open on November 7, 2025. An additional clickable button will be available on the main page. An email will be sent to our entire community.
