How do I complete tennis tournament registration?
Payment for entry is to be completed through this platform. $50 per adults and $30 for students and faculty/staff minimum donation to play.
Players entry fee is individual, not as a team.
Following payment, you will receive a confirmation email and an additional email from us with a form to indicate your rating/level and sign a notice & waiver of liability. Failure to complete this form by April 24 at 5:00pm is a forfeit of participation without possibility of refund.
When registering, each player must identify their USTA (NTRP) rating (e.g., 2.5. 3.0. 3.5 etc.). If a player does not have a USTA rating, they must indicate whether they are a beginner, intermediate or advanced player.
Please keep your entry receipt for your records, all donations for entry are tax deductible. Email [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] and place “Tournament” in the subject line for any registration questions.
When does pickleball start? What do I need to bring?
Any time after the tennis tournament ends which will be close to 4:00 PM. We are able to provide nets and paddles.
What should I bring to this event?
Please bring any lawn chairs or any other seating you would like.
Is there a backup weather plan?
Yes. In the event of uncooperative weather, the ability to host the tournament and outdoor events will be determined. The live band event will be moved to the gymnasium and start at 4PM. Information with changes will be sent out.
