When will I receive my ticket?
Tickets will be distributed electronically via the MLB Ballpark app on September 14. Purchases after September 14th, will be distributed within 1 business day of purchase.
How do I receive and use the $50 food, beverage and merchandise voucher?
Referred to as “Loaded Value”, this will populate to your ticket barcode 48 hours prior to the event. When you go to purchase something from the concession stands, or indoor team stores located by Gate B and on Jersey Street (between Gates A&D), simply show your digital ticket via the MLB Ballpark App to redeem.
