We look forward to welcoming you all and celebrating this special occasion together. Before we get underway, please review a few important details to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Honoree Information
Honorees are asked to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 p.m. Please enter through the main 10th Street entrance and proceed to the Honoree Check-In table. You are welcome to mingle until 5:15 p.m., at which time we ask that you report promptly to the designated Honoree area. We will arrange honorees in the order they will be announced during the ceremony.
Friends and Family Information
Honoree guests and all other attendees may arrive anytime between 4:30 and 5:15 p.m. Please enter through the main 10th Street entrance and proceed to the Friends and Family Registration table.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. in the auditorium. At 5:15 p.m., we will make an announcement directing guests to the auditorium to find their seats.
Walk-Ins and Reception Tickets
To help expedite check-in, we encourage everyone to register in advance whenever possible. However, reception tickets will also be available for purchase at the door for $15 per person.
Guests who have paid for the reception will receive a green bracelet at check-in.
Ceremony and Reception Timing
The length of the ceremony may vary depending on the duration of the speeches. We anticipate concluding between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m., with the reception following immediately afterward in the cafeteria.

Street parking will be available, along with the following lots:
Myrtle Street parking lot
Old Mother Teresa Academy parking lot, located southeast of the main 10th Street entrance
