Baseball Car Wash Fundraiser
Get ready for a splash-tastic time and join us for the most epic Team Car Wash Fundraiser to support the New Roads baseball program! Drive in with your car and we’ll turn it from drab to fab! Our players and coaches are armed with sponges, soap, and smiles to give your wheels the VIP treatment. Let’s turn that dusty sedan into a shining superstar!
When and where is it?
Saturday, October 11 at the New Roads Parking Lot. Look for event signage when you arrive.
What are the wash windows?
Fast Ball Wash (10:00 AM–2:00 PM): For supporters who donate by 5:00 PM on October 10.
Slugger Splash (11:30 AM–2:00 PM): Drive-up on the day, donate, and we’ll take it from there.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
Yes. All donations are tax-deductible and designated to the Baseball Program. You’ll receive a receipt.
Do I need a ticket or reservation?
No ticket needed. Pre-donors get the Fast Ball window; all others are first-come, first-served during Slugger Splash.
Can I still support if I can’t attend?
Absolutely—make a donation. Every gift helps our players.
What type of wash is it?
A classic exterior team wash (no detailing). We’ll do our best with most standard vehicles.
