I typically donate earlier in the day, but I was unexpectedly detained this morning by important research—YouTube tutorials on “the floss.” Watching Coach Lemay and Coach Mag in action was transformative. Their moves didn’t just teach rhythm; they taught life. I am, somehow, a better man for it.
