Can I learn more about PEAK at Family Weekend?

A:

Yes! All are welcome to attend the PEAK Informational Session on Friday from 3:00 - 4:00 pm in the Master Classroom. PEAK is New Hampton’s new program combining mental performance and physical wellness programming, helping students develop the mindsets, habits, and tools to reach their highest levels of personal growth. Hear directly from students, families, and program leaders about PEAK’s impact on awareness, confidence, and overall performance. Learn how PEAK is also expanding through whole-school programming to support student growth across academics, athletics, the arts, and daily life.
