What does the Annual Fund cover?
The Lehman Catholic Annual Fund, All In For Lehman, is essential to our school’s financial stability and supports Lehman’s mission and vision. It provides critical resources that supplement tuition, enabling us to offer exceptional spiritual, academic, and extracurricular programs for every student. Gifts of any size have a meaningful impact, helping us uphold our commitment to excellence, and strengthen our community.
Why doesn't Lehman just charge the full cost to educate as full tuition?
Charging tuition for the full $15,000 cost to educate would make Lehman unaffordable for many of its families. There is a fine balance between the cost of tuition, the cost to educate, and the school budget. The $500,000 Annual Fund goal offsets this difference.
Can the Annual Fund level tuition, increase teachers salaries, and upgrade technology and facilities?
Possibly, but those types of things are typically accomplished through endowments, planned gifts, estate plans, wills, trusts, and major gifts! Lehman is very fortunate to have the Lehman Foundation, but needs more donors to create an even bigger and long-term impact.
