As a colleague, but even more so a friend, you have continually demonstrated your dedication to ensuring that the most vulnerable in Rhode Island have access to equitable and high-quality health care. On a day to day with each decision you make the Medicaid Program Director for the State of RI you always have the person, Medicaid beneficiary, at the forefront. You have also been a great support and role model to our daughter, Elyanna, a fellow and recent alumni. The Morales family is proud of your accomplishments and all you do. Kudos and Congratulations!
