Donor will be included in all Event Publicity Leading Up to the Event (Donor Name and Company Logo) be formally recognized at the event, and have a full-page ad in the program book.

To ensure that we get your AD for our program. Our designer would need this information not later than April 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM

For your AD. please provide the following:

Half Page AD: 8” wide x 5.5” high. Add a minimum 0.125 bleed on all sides, and allow 0.5” safety on all sides.

Resolution: Images must be 300 Pixels per inch in printed size. This includes embedded images.

We prefer to receive ads in PDF or JPEG format. Please generate the PDF “High Quality Print” Settings.
