Celebrating Sally Smith

In 1967 Sally Smith started The Lab School when traditional schools were not successfully educating her youngest son Gary. From that personal need, a community was born, and for the past 59 years, The Lab School of Washington has continued to nurture the needs of our ever expanding community, empowering our students to embrace their differences as advantages.

Today, we ask that you join our giving community by making a donation of $5, $10, $15, or more. Your contribution - no matter the size - helps shape the learning environment our children deserve while honoring the legacy our founder built with love.
