In honor of This donation is in honor of Kathy Simmons. I had the privilege of getting to know her during my beginning years at the Creek, and her dedication to our community was extraordinary. She spent decades serving the School as a devoted PTO volunteer and leader, a longtime Trustee, Upper School Project Director, Associate Head of Admissions, Director of Financial Aid, and later Director of Strategic Initiatives. She had a beautiful smile that could light up any room including the faculty lounge. She was incredibly smart in everything she took on. She left a lasting imprint on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
