Grandparents 1959 Challenge
Any Grandparent who makes a gift of $1,959 or more will be entered into a drawing to win a reserved parking spot for Grandparents and Special Friends Day. A winner will be selected following our HRA Day.
BROWN & GOLD vs. BLUE & GOLD
Will the Brown & Gold Navigators rise to the top, or will the Blue & Gold Navigators take the crown? The decades are going head-to-head, and we can’t wait to see who rallies the most support!
The decade with the highest number of supporters will win a special social media spotlight and be recognized at the Homecoming Game.
Pride, recognition, and a little glory are all on the line.

Lower School Participation Challenge
Calling all Parents of Grades PK - 4th! The grade level with the highest Parent Participation will win Chick-fil-A for the entire grade. See who’s in the lead here.
Middle School Participation Challenge
Calling all Parents of Grades 5th - 8th! The grade level with the highest Parent Participation will win a “Jeans Day” for the grade. See who’s in the lead here.
Upper School Participation Challenge

Welcome to HRA’s Day of Giving!
Before we opened our doors at HRA in 1959, a group of visionary families on the Virginia Peninsula gathered in the basement of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and laid the foundation for Hampton Roads Academy.
They didn’t just dream.
They guaranteed the loans. They found the property. They hired the first Head of School and a faculty of seven pioneering teachers. They stood behind the school with their own names.
And when the field turned into the Mud Bowl? They played anyway.
That’s Navigator Spirit.
They didn’t inherit HRA. They built it. Now we are asking every Navigator to do the same.
This HRA Day, every gift—no matter the size—helps lay a foundation for the future of Hampton Roads Academy. Through generous support for the Navigator Annual Fund, every member of our community has a role to play in continuing a legacy of excellence for the next generation.
