Is there a cost to attend?
There is no cost to attend this event, though space is limited for the yoga class.
Why do I need to sign a waiver before the yoga class?
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, all participants are required to complete a waiver before taking part in the yoga class. The waiver confirms that you understand the physical nature of the activity and choose to participate at your own comfort level.
What should I plan to bring to the yoga class?
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable during class, such as a small towel.
Where should I plan to park?
Free parking is available for both the yoga class and dinner in the lot behind Scorpacciata (13051 Larchmere Blvd, Shaker Heights, OH 44120).
Abide does not have a parking lot, but street parking is available on Larchmere and neighboring side streets.
