Harborlight's 2025 Giving Day

From the moment Nevaeh stepped into CH5 at Harborlight, I’ve seen her blossom into an independent thinker, a curious learner, and a confident young person who loves going to school each day. The Harborlight community nurtures the whole child—with a beautiful balance of academic challenge, emotional growth, and a strong sense of belonging. I’m so grateful for the dedicated educators, joyful classrooms, and the values that shape every experience at Harborlight.

The Harborlight community is a special one! As parents, Annie and I have been blown away by the love and care shown to our daughter, Violet! As a Head of School, the community has been so welcoming and wonderful. Heck, the education is so good here, Violet is already doing my job! Thank you Harborlight faculty and staff for your amazing dedication and hard work!

I believe in the quality of Harborlight's education and the dedication of the teachers and staff. Our son Matthew graduated from Harborlight in 2018 after attending grades K-8. I've been a member of the school's Board of Trustees for 10 years, serving as chair for two. I'm delighted to support Harborlight's Day of Giving and our children!

Harborlight has helped my children Wesley (8th grade) and Aurora (6th grade) develop into the creative, innovative, independent, confident children they are and setting them up for success in the future.

In celebration of Harborlight’s Day of Giving, I’m feeling especially grateful for this incredible school and the community that surrounds it. Being part of the Momball team has brought me so much joy and connection—there’s nothing quite like the laughter, camaraderie, and spirit of this community. It’s truly one of a kind. On this Day of Giving, I’m reflecting on how grateful I am for Harborlight. Both of my daughters have truly thrived here—supported by incredible teachers and a nurturing community that brings out the best in them. As a parent, I’ve felt that same support and connection, especially through the joy of being part of the Momball team.
