Harborlight Alumni James Oberlander is graduating from high school this year. Harborlight teachers helped to shape him into the wonderful young man he is today.

In honor of our grandson. We love hearing about the experiences that he is having learning everyday at Harborlight. It was great to have the opportunity to meet his friends, and his teachers on Grandfriend's day.

We all grew up in Harborlight and graduated from the middle school; Harborlight was a very important part of our early lives. Thank you for the memories and keep up the great work!

Hello to all of our friends at Harborlight! It's exciting to see these new outdoor learning elements added to the Harborlight campus.

After 37 years here at Harborlight, this is the only school I would ever want to teach and the best place to give a donation.

Harborlight has been a huge part of our family for many years-all three of my sons attended and graduated from Harborlight. Outdoor Education is an important part of what we do, and I am so excited about what the outdoor learning pavilion will bring to our community.

Montessori is unique in it's wholistic approach to learning and development. I'm always impressed by how each individual is encouraged and guided at their own pace and in their own style of learning. Confidence grows with the child because each one is seen for who they are instead of who they are not. I'm so thankful to be a part of this community and support our children as well as our faculty and staff who work hard every day to facilitate their creativity and growth.

My brother and I both started our Harborlight journeys at about 5 months old. We continued through the I/T building, the CH program, Lower and Upper Elementary...and, my brother, through 8th grade graduation. We both have Harborlight and its incredible teachers to thank for so much growth, learning, and kindness. We are both the most thankful for the amazing experiences it afforded us. We camped, we skied, we kayaked, we played drums/guitar, we acted, we stayed at Star Island on the Isle of Shoals, I hiked the entire Presidential Traverse in 5th grade, Finn took a trip to the Everglades in 8th grade...and so much more. Most importantly, we felt supported and encouraged....while gaining the confidence and independence to tackle so many new experiences since leaving.

Harborlight has meant so much to our family. It’s more than just a school, it’s a place where Lana is encouraged to explore, grow, and truly love learning. Experiences like Theatre Week at Gloucester Stage Company give her the confidence to try new things, express herself, and be part of something bigger. We’re so grateful for a community that creates these opportunities and supports every child in finding their voice.

Keep up the amazing work. My niece and nephew are awesome and you helped mold them 😁
