How will I receive information to sign up for Parent/Teacher conferences?
Instructions for signing up for conferences were sent to parents on September 30th. Please reach out to your student’s advisor if you have not received sign up information.
What about College Counseling? When can I meet with them?
College counselors will reach out individually to make appointments with families of seniors to help meet November 1 application deadlines. Additional appointments may be available for families of Juniors if time allows.
What are some options for things to do on campus when I am not in conferences or programs?
Visit the School Store/Lower Level of Hanscom
Farm Experience/Gould Barn- Visit Gould Farm, home to Romney Sheep and a mixed flock of hens.
IDEAS Center/Lower Level of Hanscom- Innovation, Design, Entrepreneurship, Arts, and Science. Flexible maker space, 3D printer, wide format printer, recording studio, robotics area.
Lieblein Performance Center/Lower level of Ordway. Stop by to see how the space is being used for our winter and mountain bike teams.

Scholar Shelf book display/Sanborn Family Library, Hanscom Hall- The Scholar Shelf recognizes student curiosity, inquiry, and scholarship by honoring students with a chosen title that enhances the library collection and amplifies an important school-wide initiative.
Families are also welcome to use the library wifi, the network name is GA Guest.
Farnsworth Field House - Check out the trampoline room, the indoor skatepark, weight room, basketball court, team rooms, training room and office for athletic staff.
What are some things I can do in the Community when I am not in conferences or programming?
Can I take my student off campus?
Yes! Please make sure that the student checks out with their dorm parents or the AOD before you take them off campus.
Will the school store be open during Fall Family weekend?
Yes! The store will be open from 10am-3pm on Friday and Saturday.
