Can beginners and children participate in the golf fundraiser?

A:

All ages and skill levels are absolutely welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer, a total beginner, or just here for the sunshine and good company, this family‑friendly fundraiser is for you. Grab a club, bring the kids, invite your friends—everyone gets to join the fun and support a great cause.

Q:

Will lunch be served at the golf fundraiser?

A:

You won’t need to go hungry during the fundraiser. While we won’t be serving a formal lunch, there will be a snack shack located between the 5th and 17th green and the 11th hole teebox. At 5 p.m., everyone is invited to gather for a Fiesta Dinner at the onsite Event Pavilion to wrap up the day together.

Where do the funds go and who is Franklin Classical School?

Proceeds raised through the golf fundraiser support the athletics program at Franklin Classical School. At Franklin Classical School, we believe that caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—is essential to a classical Christian education. Athletics plays a vital role in forming habits of perseverance, teamwork, courage, and stewardship of the bodies God has entrusted to us.

Franklin Classical School (FCS) is an independent K–12 Christian school located at 1021 Windcross Court in Franklin, Tennessee. Founded in 1993, FCS was established to restore a time‑tested, academically rich model of learning rooted in Christian faith and the pursuit of truth.

Is my golf entry fee a tax write off?

A:

Yes, a portion of your entry fee will be eligible for a tax write-off. We will provide those details at the payment summary.

Will there be Mulligans available for purchase at the event?

A:

Yes, we will be offering a pack of mulligans.

Q:

What is a golf "scramble"?

A:

All players on a team hit a shot, select the best one, and all play their next shot from that spot. This process continues until the ball is in the hole, with only one team score per hole

Receive a $50 discount when registering for this combined foursome plus hole sponsorship. Green fees, Golf Cart, Fiesta Dinner for Four. Includes business signage at tee box, check-in, social media and website. 18 holes.

Hole Sponsorship

$300

Signage at the tee box, website, social media, and a banner at check‑in. Sponsors are welcome to host a small table near the hole and offer light refreshments or promotional items.

We’ll handle all the shopping and stocking for the snack cart—you simply enjoy the visibility. If your business is in the food industry and you’d like to showcase a signature item, we’re happy to include it. Your company will be highlighted with signage and promotion at the cart, where players stop throughout the event for drinks and snacks. You’re also welcome to provide pamphlets, cards, or other marketing materials to display, giving your business even more direct exposure to participants throughout the day.

Recognition and logo signage at the Event Pavilion - which has heavy foot traffic even during registration - promoting your business during the dinner and post‑dinner prize and awards portion of the event. We will purchase all prizes, so sponsors don’t need to worry about that; however, businesses are welcome to contribute in‑kind prizes if they would like to donate a product from their company.
