A couple of things stood out. First, the class although small was so much fun. We pushed lots of boundaries and really bonded doing it. Second, the teaching changed my whole relqtionship to academics. Everything started to make sense! That clarity helped me to thrive in high school. Third, athletics were huge. I loved practice and games. We had some great times travelling for away games. All that strengthened the bonding; we became a "band of brothers."
