What is the Annual Fund (Unrestricted Funds)?
Tuition and fees cover approximately 85% of the costs associated with educating our students. Endowment revenue and Annual Fund help to fund the 15% gap between tuition revenue and the true cost of a Flintridge Prep education. Unrestricted Gifts to the Annual Fund impacts the quality of a Prep education today, tomorrow, and into the future.
Why should I give?
Prep relies upon gifts to the Annual Fund to support faculty/staff professional growth, which enables educators to deliver innovative and inspiring curriculum in the classroom. In addition, Annual Fund gifts support an array of field trips, outdoor education, guest speakers and events that nurture community. Gifts to the Annual Fund help make Prep education accessible to those who otherwise would not be able to afford it; this year we are providing $4 million in need-based tuition assistance to 25% of our student body. Your participation helps when we apply for grants and additional external funding.
What should I give?
Make a gift to the Annual Fund that is meaningful to you. Your support shows you believe in the Prep community, its mission, vision, and philosophy. Heads Council members who donate $7500+ are invited to special events and gatherings throughout the year.
