Why isn't the cost of the helmets covered by the school?
The helmets the team would like are constructed using specialized, flexible material and are 5-star rated which make them more expensive than helmets the team would normally purchase within our budget range. The school has covered the cost for most of the helmets, but with your help, we will be able to give all 25 players a state-of-the-art, Zero2 protective helmet.
How can I be sure my gift will be used for helmets and not for something else?
This campaign is for helmets only, and all gifts will be considered “restricted” to that use alone. All gifts over our goal of $3500 will help defray the team’s long-distance travel costs.
Will my name be published?
Yes, but . . . If you would prefer to have your donation published under a different name (“Shamrock Fan”) or “Anonymous,” just make that indication on the payment page. If you make no change, your donation will be published under the name you enter on the payment page.
