How will the Online Auction work?
Our online auction is back by popular demand and will go live on Monday, March 9th. Anyone can register to participate in the auction, even those who can’t attend Taste of the Best on Friday, March 13th!
How will I pay for the item(s) that I win?
If you are not attending the event, you will be notified via email of any items that you’ve won once the auction closes on Friday evening, March 13th. The payment method that you registered with will be used to complete the purchase. Or if you need to change the method of payment, a digital invoice will be sent to you.
If you are attending the event, during check-out, you will be notified of any items that you have won. The payment method you entered when registering will be used to complete the purchase. If you need to use a different payment method, please notify the registration desk before the auction closes so an alternative payment option can be arranged.
How will I receive the items that I won?
If you are not attending the event, you will need to pick your items up at Doane Academy. If possible, items can also be emailed or sent home with your student. We will not be shipping items.
If you are attending the event, you will receive your items at check out or they will be emailed to you, if applicable.
