Use this form if you are a Parent of Alumni in Boarding School, College, Graduate School or the Military and want to sign up your child to receive a College Connection care package AND/OR if you want to RSVP for the College Connection Care Package Assembly gathering on October 28th.

For Chandler Volunteers (Alumni/Parents of Alumni)

Use this form if you are an alumni or parent of alumni who simply wants to volunteer and RSVP for the College Connection Care Package Assembly on October 28th. (IE you do not have child who could sign up for the College Connection program and/or you are an alum who would not sign up for the College Connection program.)
