Can I pay my sponsorship over multiple years?
Yes! Your sponsorship can be paid over a period of up to 3 years.
If paying by credit card:
Fill out this form and make sure you check the “I want to make this donation in installments“ box on the form, which will prompt you to set up your payment schedule, with your first payment processed when you complete the form.
If paying by check:
Please click here to download and then fill out the PDF form with your payment schedule, and return the completed form via email to Jenny Seto, Assistant Director of Alumni Relations and Campaign, at [email protected] . We can also send you the form electronically via Docusign, if that’s preferable - email Jenny Seto to request.
What are the sponsorship deadlines?
Please be aware of the following sponsorship deadlines:
- Please submit your sponsorship by March 18 to guarantee your recognition in all printed materials.
- Payment in full OR first installment is due by April 11, 2026.
If I don't want to do an event sponsorship, are there other ways I can support the We Are Campaign?
In addition to event sponsorships, there are other ways you can make a meaningful contribution for Chandler’s 75th Anniversary. You can make a direct gift or pledge to the WE ARE campaign or leave your mark on Chandler’s 75th Anniversary Dedication Wall (launching in early summer 2026), which will allow members of our community to be recognized on a permanent installation in the Tower.

Is my event sponsorship fully tax deductible?
The Goods and Services fee and tax deductible breakdown is in the description of each sponsorship level. An acknowledgement letter and official tax receipt will have your detailed breakdown and be sent after the event.
What if I just want to buy tickets or program ads instead of a sponsorship?

How should I give you my guest names and program ad information?
Once you purchase a sponsorship, we will reach out to you to collect guest names and program ads.
