CBA Ladies Night Out Pocketbook Bingo

NO! And we cannot stress this enough! We have exactly 424 chairs available for Ladies Night Out, and every single registration represents an actual person taking up an actual seat!

This is one of our most popular events of the year, and we want to make sure we can welcome as many ladies as possible. Please do not register multiple times to hold seats for “phantom guests” or friends who haven’t actually committed to attending. Holding spots *just in case* takes away the opportunity for someone else who genuinely wants to be there.

ALL ATTENDEE NAMES MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. No placeholders, no TBDs, no duplicate names, and no registering now and figuring out who’s coming later. We do not want to spend the weeks leading up to the event chasing down names and trying to figure out who is actually attending.

We completely understand wanting to make sure your entire group gets in, but please be considerate of everyone else trying to attend. Register for the people you KNOW are coming, not the people you HOPE might come!

We have limited space, an incredibly popular event, and a whole lot of ladies who want to join us. Let’s be fair, thoughtful, and give everyone the same opportunity to enjoy this fabulous evening!

We’re off to the races! This year’s event is Kentucky Derby-themed! Think fabulous hats, florals, bright colors, and a little Southern charm. We encourage everyone to embrace the theme and have some fun with it!

Absolutely not! Ladies Night Out is open to friends, family, neighbors, and members of our surrounding communities. Grab your girlfriends and join us for a fabulous night supporting CBA!

Yes. All guests must be at least 18 years old to attend this event.

Yes! This is an extremely popular event, and tickets are limited. We strongly encourage everyone to register early. Once we sell out, we cannot guarantee additional tickets will become available.

No. All tickets must be purchased in advance. Walk-in registrations will not be accepted.

Of course! You are welcome to register with your friends. Tables of 8 will be avaiable for purchase as well as individual tickets. Please make sure each attendee’s information is entered correctly during registration. You MUST have a differnt name for each person admission is purchased for.

We understand that plans change! Please contact the Mothers’ Club as soon as possible so we can assist you with the next steps. Do to the populairty of this event there will be no refunds issued. Ticket purchases may be transfered to another attendee but this must be done throught the executive board.

If a waitlist is offered, it will be managed in the order requests are received. Being placed on the waitlist does not guarantee a ticket.

YES! There will be assigned seating for this event! We want everyone to enjoy the evening sitting with their friends, so it is extremely important that you communicate who you would like to sit with AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. We will do our very best to accommodate all seating requests, but we can only work with the information you provide us.

If you do not tell us who you would like to sit with when you register, we cannot make those arrangements for you! Please do not assume we know who your friends are or who you plan to attend with. Help us help you by providing your seating requests from the start so we can make the evening enjoyable for everyone!

Absolutely! That’s half the fun of Ladies Night Out! Just make sure everyone in your group communicates the same seating requests when registering. The more information we have upfront, the easier it is for us to accommodate your group. Please remember that last-minute seating changes may not be possible once arrangements have been finalized.

Ladies Night Out is a BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES event! Feel free to pack your favorite snacks, appetizers, dinner, drinks, or even put together a fabulous spread with your girlfriends! Make your table as festive as you’d like and enjoy the evening your way.

Don’t feel like preparing anything? We’ve got you covered! Just like our Fall-O-Ween Bingo, our very own CBA mom-owned Breakin Bread Eatery will be offering convenient preorder catering options, delivered directly to the event! Additional menu information, ordering instructions, and deadlines will be shared as we get closer to the big night.

ONE VERY IMPORTANT REMINDER: WHAT YOU BRING IN, YOU MUST TAKE OUT! We love seeing everyone’s creative food spreads, but we kindly ask that all guests take home their leftovers, containers, decorations, and any other items they bring with them. Please help us leave the Cox Gym just as clean as we found it. Our volunteers work incredibly hard to make this event happen, and your cooperation with cleanup is greatly appreciated!

Your registration guarantees you a seat at a table and one book of bingo boards, 8 different games with 3 game boards per each game.

Additional bingo cards or special games may be available for purchase FOR CASH the night of the event.

All winning cards must be verified by event staff. In the event of multiple winners, the applicable game rules will determine how the prize is awarded.

Yes! Bingo winners must be present to claim their prizes.

YES! We strongly recommend bringing cash for any additional games, raffles, or other opportunities offered throughout the evening. Specific payment requirements will be communicated before the event.

It’s Ladies Night Out, Derby style! Dress up, dress comfortably, wear a fabulous hat, or go all out with your best Kentucky Derby-inspired look. The theme is encouraged, but having fun is the only fashion requirement!

This event is about so much more than winning a fabulous handbag! Proceeds support the CBA Mothers’ Club and its mission of giving back to Christian Brothers Academy, including tuition assistance and initiatives benefiting our students and Academy community.

This incredible event is organized by the CBA Mothers’ Club, led by our dedicated event chairs, Carly Walko and Nicole Guida, alongside an amazing committee of volunteer moms who work tirelessly to make this evening unforgettable.
