What is the CBA Annual Fund?
The CBA Annual Fund is our year-long campaign to support students, strengthen brotherhood, and sustain tradition. Through the Lead the Charge. Bridge the Gap. campaign, donors help close the gap between tuition and the true cost of a CBA education, ensuring that every young man can benefit from the transformative experience that makes CBA unique.
What does the Annual Fund support?
The Annual Fund strengthens every aspect of the CBA experience, including academics, student programs, financial aid, campus resources, faith formation, athletics, and opportunities that help students grow as leaders.
Why is the Annual Fund important?
Tuition alone does not cover the full cost of educating a student at CBA. Annual Fund support helps ensure that current and future students have access to the programs, experiences, and opportunities that make a CBA education unique.
Who can make a gift?
Anyone can support the Annual Fund. Alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, friends, and community partners all play an important role in strengthening the mission of CBA.
How much should I give?
Every gift matters. We encourage donors to make a gift that is meaningful to them. Participation at every level helps strengthen the CBA community and demonstrates broad support for our mission.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
Yes. Christian Brothers Academy is a nonprofit educational institution, and gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Can I direct my gift to a specific area?
Annual Fund gifts are generally unrestricted, allowing the school to address its greatest needs. If you are interested in supporting a specific program or initiative, please contact the Institutional Advancement Office.
Can I make my gift over time?
Yes. Many donors choose to make recurring monthly gifts or fulfill their commitment through a pledge schedule. Recurring gifts provide reliable support throughout the year.
How will I know my gift made a difference?
Throughout the year, donors receive updates, stories, and impact reports highlighting how Annual Fund support is helping students and strengthening the CBA experience.
How can I get more involved?
In addition to making a gift, supporters can participate in events, volunteer opportunities, alumni activities, mentoring programs, and annual giving initiatives throughout the year.
Can I do a gift of stock?
