Q:

Where do I go when I arrive to campus? When should I check in?

A:

Registration will be held in the Keating Room in the Wilder Dining Hall. This should be your first stop on campus for a friendly smile, a proper welcome, your nametag and an answer to all your reunion questions! Click here for a campus map.

Friday Arrivals: Can check in at the registration table in the Keating Room between 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Saturday Arrivals: Can check in at the registration table in the Keating Room between 8:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. or at the table outside of the All-Alumni Reception between 5:45 and 7 p.m.

Q:

Where should I park?

A:

Once you arrive on campus, you will be directed to various parking areas via signs or security staff. If you require additional assistance or special parking arrangements for a handicapped or disabled visitor, please contact Director of Alumni & Family Programs Sara Bird at [email protected] or 978-725-6258 prior to the event.

Q:

I am coming from out of town for this. Where should I stay?

A:

In addition to the two local hotels where Brooks has reserved room blocks for the weekend, there are many other local accommodations you may wish to consider. As school is in session, on-campus accommodations in the dorms are not available.

To see the details on the local hotels we have negotiated rates for rooms, click here.

What is the schedule of events

Q:

What should I wear?

A:

There’s always a spectrum of dress, whatever your personal preference, we just want you to be comfortable! Daytime activities tend to be more casual, as some activities will have you up and moving. For the cocktail receptions, Friday night class dinners and Saturday night All-Alumni Reception attire is dressy casual.

Please note that the grass field, where the All-Alumni Reception is held, is not suitable for heels. As a general reminder, the campus has a number of uneven surfaces, so please be sure to wear appropriate footwear. Be sure to check the weather forecast in advance as well.

Q:

Can you tell me more about the Children's Program childcare?

A:

We’re excited you’re sharing Brooks with your family! The Children’s Program offers supervised activities for children on Saturday evening from 4 to 10 p.m. Led by experienced Brooks Day Camp counselors, the program provides terrific age-appropriate activities for little ones through teens, including games, crafts and movies. Dinner is also provided.

Children, ages 2 (must be potty trained) to 14 years old, may enroll in the Children’s Program, which costs $50 per child. Infants will need to remain with parents or with caregivers through your own arrangements. Advanced registration is required.

Children are welcome at all of the daytime meals and activities at no additional cost.

Q:

I have a question, but it's not listed here. Who do I contact?

A:

We’re happy to help! Please contact Director of Alumni & Family Programs Sara Bird at [email protected] or 978-725-6258.
