Since July 1, 2024, nearly 1,600 community members have given back to Brooks to help us fulfill our mission to provide the most meaningful educational experience our students will have in their lives. Are there other ways to make a gift to Brooks School?
The easiest way to be counted is by making a secure online gift using this site. However, Brooks accepts donations through various methods. Listed below are the most common ways to give:

- By pledge: Make your pledge online through this site to be counted and we will send you a pledge payment reminder.

If I make a gift by check, will it be counted for this fiscal year?
Yes! If your gift arrives on or before June 30, 2025, we will count it in our FY25 totals. If it arrives soon after, but is dated and postmarked before June 30, it will also be counted in our final FY25 results.
Will I receive a receipt for tax purposes?
Yes, if you make a donation online, you will receive an immediate receipt in your email inbox. If you make a donation by another method, you will receive a receipt in the mail after your gift is processed.

If I make a pledge, will you remind me when a payment is due?
Yes, pledge reminders will be sent via email to remind you of any upcoming pledge payment due dates. All payments are due by the close of the fiscal year on June 30, 2025.
Why is June 30th your deadline?
Brooks School operates on a fiscal year schedule which is between July 1 and June 30.
Can I give to a fund other than the Brooks Fund?
While we encourage widespread support for the Brooks Fund (our annual fund), you are welcome to designate your gift to a specific fund or purpose at Brooks. Add a “note” to the bottom of your gift form.
What gift amount is the entry point for leadership annual giving at Brooks?
With a generous gift of $10,000, donors are welcomed as Essential Stewards, the school’s leadership annual giving society.
