Where do I go when I arrive to campus? When should I check in?
Registration will be held in the Pinckney Boathouse on Friday evening and at the Grayson Student Center in the Rogers Building on Saturday.
Friday Arrivals: Check-in at the registration table at Pinckney Boathouse from 4:00-7:00 PM.
Saturday Arrivals: Check-in at the registration table in the Grayson Student Center from 9:00-6:00 PM.
If you are staying on campus and plan on arriving outside of the scheduled registration times, please reach out to Caitlin Ward at [email protected] to schedule a time to pick-up your dorm access card.
Where should I park?
Parking is available at the Grayson Student Center, the Estabrook Dining Hall, and the visitor lot by the Academic Building. If you are staying on-campus, limited parking is available by each dorm; please be sensitive to the parking needs of our faculty who live there.
I'm staying in a dorm, what do I need to know?
Basic linens, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided. Bring an additional blanket or pillow if you need extras.
Rooms will not be locked. Please secure your valuables.
Bring a fan! Dorm rooms do not have air conditioning.
Please leave pets at home.
Please be mindful of noise - there are faculty who live in the dorms year-round.
Check-out is at 10 a.m. on Sunday, please stop by the Pinkney Boathouse to return your access card when you leave campus
What should I wear?
Dress attire is casual for the weekend but feel free to dress up a bit for evening meals if you like. Remember that May evenings in New Hampshire can get cold!
