Who should attend?
Schools that want to grow the connection across their instruction or academic leadership and DEI or equity leaders.
What is the recommended team composition?
The Breck Institute is intentionally designed as a collaborative learning experience. Participating schools are encouraged to send a team of 3–5 people who bring diverse perspectives and areas of expertise. Teams should include at least one equity or belonging practitioner, one academic or instructional leader, and one teacher-leader. Participants may come from any division or grade level.
