The Senior Gift is a tradition at Berkeley Carroll. It says thank you to the faculty in a way that is most meaningful to them, by supporting professional development opportunities.

The Fund for Growth and Innovation in Teaching is part of Berkeley Carroll’s endowment and supports professional development opportunities for faculty, both now and in the future. The fund recognizes excellence in teaching and makes it possible for teachers to grow at every stage of their career. Berkeley Carroll’s commitment to professional development, benefits both our faculty and the students they teach, as well as helping the school attract and retain exceptional teachers.
